Joshua L. Howk is a Business Outreach Liaison within the Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Services (OSDS) for the State of California. He connects small businesses and disabled veteran businesses to contracting opportunities via state and local government partnerships, driving new jobs and economic growth. Before joining the Department of General Services (DGS), Joshua served over six years with the United States Air Force delivering information and resources to high value stakeholders on various projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fresno and an MBA from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
