Project Spectrum is a DoD OSBP initiative that helps small and medium-sized businesses strengthen cybersecurity to meet federal contracting requirements. This program offers training, tools, and resources to increase awareness of cyber threats, protect Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and understand regulations like Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
Workshop topics include:
- How businesses can improve their cyber readiness
- Meeting compliance requirements
- Accessing support tools
This no-cost training event is hosted by

The Office of Industrial Base Growth serves as the Department’s umbrella organization for efforts focused on expanding and strengthening the defense industrial base through vendor growth and supplier maturity. Its work increases competition, builds capacity, and creates clearer pathways for businesses to enter and succeed in the defense marketplace.
