Dawneen Williams,
Senior Procurement Analyst
U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs
Dawneen Williams currently services as Senior Procurement Analyst with the Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office (RPO) West. She is responsible for oversight of region’s Business Operations and Vendor Relations programs. Ms. Williams ensures acquisition personnel have operational guidance to provide cradle-to-grave acquisition support to VA Medical facilities throughout the Western Region and manages vendor relations by providing aid, counsel, and training to the region’s Small Business Liaisons and commercial contractors to ensure small businesses have the maximum opportunity to compete for acquisitions. Mrs. Williams previously served as the Director of Business Operations and Small Business Liaison for the 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, CA from March 2008-Septemper 2012. She is also an Air Force Veteran with 21 years of honorable service.
