Industrial Cyber Security, DoD OSBP
Derrick T. Davis is currently the Director for Industrial Cyber Security for the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). He directly oversees several programs in support of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), including Project Spectrum cybersecurity outreach initiative. Mr. Davis provides strategic leadership for several teams of communications, cybersecurity, and program-support professionals. He utilizes his extensive experience with national security technology and policy strategy to direct cybersecurity compliance, supply chain
analysis, technology development and integration, and program support.
Kareem A. Sykes, ITIL v4
Industry & Engagement Program Manager
Project Spectrum
Mr. Sykes currently serves as the Industry & Engagement Program Manager for Project Spectrum, a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) recognized cybersecurity awareness initative. He provides strategic leadership for a dynamic team of cybersecurity and outreach professionals whose collective aim centers around providing the educational resource and tools small businesses need to devleop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity compliance.

Project Spectrum provides cybersecurity educational awareness, training and resource provisioning that seeks to bolster our nation’s cybersecurity one small business at a time. Endorsed and supported by DoD’s Office of Small Business Programs, Project Spectrum is a free-to-users platform developed to raise awareness and provide the tools and training needed to protect the Defense Industrial and our nation’s supply chain and Base from exploitation.
